Bookings made on our website are effective after the booking fee has been debited

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it is payable on site either 2TND or 8TND per night and per person depending on the nationality according to the Finance Law of 2024

The prices mentioned on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior mention or notice. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is binding.

 The dinar is the commercial currency of the booking, so payment must be made in this currency. The prices displayed on the Site in different currencies remain estimates and do not accurately reflect the amount to be paid, indicated in dinars when the reservation is validated by the Customer.

Cancellation / modification of booking

Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not used by the customer will not be entitled to any refund.

The guest has the possibility to change the dates of their stay, subject to the availability of the hotel. However, it is imperative that the property is informed at least five days before the scheduled date of arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Any guest who shows up with an animal will be denied access to the hotel.

Children & Extra Beds

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib

No extra beds are available

The maximum number of cots in a room is equal to 1.

Extras are not automatically included in the total amount of the booking on the website; As therefore, they must be set separately and directly at the hotel

Claim

Any complaints about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier immediately.

Mini Safe

Identity papers and valuables (watches, jewellery, means of payment, etc.) must be placed in the mini safe provided for this purpose.
